SUMMARY
The Locarno and Kellogg-Briand pacts were both different. The Locarno deal was the beginning of an optimistic period and they named it, "The Spirit of Locarno." This deal meant guaranteed European borders and it demilitarized the Rhineland area which brought insecurity in the east. Also, the Kellogg-Briand Pact included many nations that signed a deal to denounce war as a method of solving disputes. This had won the nobel peace prize.
